This page explains what this website collects, what it does not, and how the firm handles personal information you provide.

What we can state today

• The retirement readiness checklist stores nothing by default. Answers stay in your browser. If you choose to have your results emailed to you, the address you enter, your score and your answers are sent to the firm, which may contact you about them, and to no one else.
• The book request form collects your name, your email address and anything you choose to write in the note. It is sent to the firm, which uses it to send you the book and to follow up, and to no one else.
• This site loads no YouTube or Vimeo code until you press play on a video. YouTube videos are served from YouTube’s no-cookie domain, and the client testimonial video plays from Vimeo with its do-not-track setting turned on.
• The only measurement is a page-view count, and it does not run unless you allow it. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. There are no advertising or marketing pixels of any kind. See the cookie disclosure below, or use Cookie Settings in the footer to change your choice.
• Before you make a cookie choice, this site sets no cookies at all. Choosing stores one cookie recording that choice, for 180 days.
• Scheduling a call sends the details you enter to the firm’s scheduling provider, whose own privacy terms apply to that step.
• The risk questionnaire opens on Nitrogen’s site. Answers you give there go to Nitrogen and to the firm, under Nitrogen’s privacy terms.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses a single privacy-focused tool to count page views. It does not load unless you allow it, and it never identifies you.
